2 turkey steaks
1 tin chopped tomatoes
1 red pepper
Handful of red jalapeno peppers
1 red onion
1 clove garlic, crushed
Salt & Pepper
Chicken stock cube
- Chop the turkey steak into bite sized chunks, chop the pepper into strips and the dice the onion.
- Add all the ingredients to a frying pan. The number of jalapenos you use should depend on your own preferences. If you feel very daring add a small amount of the juice the jalapenos came in.
- Cook for around 20-25 minutes until the sauce has thickened and the turkey cooked through then serve.
