RECIPE - Caramelised Onions
I love to keep a batch of these in the fridge to add to salads, quiches, pizzas etc. They are quick and easy to make and freeze well. Best of all they are syn free on all plans!
Ingredients
1 large onion
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp tbsp water
1 tbsp sweetener
Method
Peel and chop the onion
Spray a non-stick frying pan with frylight and add all the ingredients
Stir fry on a low heat until all the liquid has been absorbed
